A running chronicle of our rooms: the talks, classes and dinners that shape The Linen Service. Each entry documents what happened, who joined and the ideas that emerged.

Redken x The Linen Service: Healthy Hair Lab

October 2025,
London
(British Beauty Week)

For British Beauty Week, The Linen Service partnered with Redken to host the Healthy Hair Lab — an energetic, sold-out session dedicated to understanding textured hair, routine building and scalp health. The event brought together an audience of beauty lovers for a live conversation with experts, followed by an interactive demonstration and product exploration.

Guests discussed heat protection, moisture balance and realistic ways to maintain healthy hair at home, with the Acidic Color Gloss and All Soft Mega Curls ranges circulating the room. The energy was warm and inquisitive, with attendees sharing their own routines and challenges. The Lab closed with practical takeaways, goodie bags and a sense of genuine connection between everyone in the room.

Airbnb Icons x The Linen Service: Masterclass Series

May 2025,
London

Across four fully booked sessions, The Linen Service hosted a special series of Airbnb masterclasses in a Victorian townhouse in London. Each class gathered a small group for focused learning on beauty, business and personal storytelling, taught through real examples and candid discussion.

Participants explored practical methods for building creative confidence, shaping narrative, improving content quality and navigating paid partnerships. The rooms were lively and engaged — a mix of note-taking, hands-on demonstrations and open conversation. Each masterclass ended with questions, shared experiences and a sense of community that continued beyond the workshop.

The Linen Service: Girl Dinner

March 2025,
London

The Linen Service gathered an intimate table of women across beauty, media and creative work for an evening of easy conversation and shared ambition. Held in a quietly elegant dining room in East London, the dinner centred on “girl dinner” in its truest sense — the pleasure of good food, warmth and women talking freely.

Over several courses, guests exchanged stories about navigating the beauty industry, creative independence and the realities of building modern careers. The room moved gently between laughter, confessions and the kind of practical wisdom that only surfaces in small groups. It set the foundation for what The Linen Service would become: a space where ideas soften, sharpen and find their next step.
